Heteroplacidium imbricatum




Thallus squamulose, on calcareous rocks with some soil accumulation, and in fissures or cavities.
Note: composed of densely imbricate squamules, 1-3 mm wide, thallus thicker than H. divisum.
Rhizohyphae colourless, accumulated on the middle of the squamule, giving the appearance of a stipe.
