Gelatinous terricolous on dry calcareous soil.
Note: thallus with thickened lobe tips that are narrow or rounded, 0.5-3 mm wide. Upper surface smooth to densely verrucose, centre of the thallus covered with thickened lobules or cylindrical outgrowths that resemble isidia and can dominate the thallus.
Spores broadly to narrowly ellipsoid, 2-celled, 11-22 x 5.5-9.5 micras:
